Updated 6 October 2026.
This is an independent, private family study project about publicly available lectures. It is not operated or endorsed by Hassanain Rajabali. Access is restricted to people invited by the family member running the project.
The web assistant processes your question, an anonymous request identifier and an answer-access key. It does not require an account, name or telephone number. The shared password permits submitting questions; each answer also has its own private access key. The current web version answers each question independently and does not send previous conversations as context.
Netlify hosts the website and temporarily stores questions and public answers in private storage. Featured prepared answers and their reviewed Arabic translations are served from saved text without a model call. For a new AI-generated answer, a private worker on the operator’s computer reads the saved lecture collection and sends the question and relevant source text through Netlify’s AI Gateway to OpenAI to generate and check the explanation. When an AI-generated Arabic translation is needed, the complete question and English explanation are also sent to translate and check the Arabic version. The project requests that API responses are not stored as retrievable model conversations; providers apply their own privacy and retention terms. The operator can inspect private question, source-check and answer records for maintenance and quality review.
The web queue removes question and answer bodies during cleanup after 24 hours; limited identifiers and usage records remain to prevent duplicate work and enforce limits. The current pilot retains private worker records until the operator deletes them and has no automatic local retention schedule. The server stores a hash of the shared password. Your browser holds the entered password only in memory while the page is open and does not save it in browser storage. After refreshing, enter the password again. Pending-question access details remain in session storage to recover the same unfinished question after sign-in. Completed English and Arabic text is kept in browser memory while the page is open. Share the password only with people you intend to invite.
WhatsApp setup is currently parked. Historical trial records may include sender numbers, message text, message identifiers, delivery information and source checks. No new WhatsApp reply is generated by this web app.
The project does not sell conversation data, use it for advertising, or use messages to train its own model. You can stop using the assistant at any time. Avoid sending information you do not want processed by these services.
Contact the family member who invited you directly, through your existing personal contact with them, to ask about your data, correct it, remove your access or request deletion of your local conversation records. Do not send an identity document. A deletion request is handled by the operator; typing a deletion keyword to the bot does not automatically erase data. See the deletion instructions.
